END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the services provided by FanFlix BD (“FanFlix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an independent facilitator of subscription purchases utilizing Bangladeshi payment methods.
By accessing or using the services on our website, you expressly agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must refrain from using our services.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES
PAID IPTV BD is a third party payment facilitator that enables users in Bangladesh to purchase and access subscriptions for various third party digital services, including but not limited to Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Prime, YouTube Premium, LinkedIn Premium, and Apple One.
PAID IPTV BD is an independent service provider and is not affiliated, endorsed, or authorized by any streaming or digital content provider. We do not host, stream, distribute, or otherwise provide access to any copyrighted content. Additionally, we do not bypass geographic restrictions or violate the terms set by third-party platforms.

2. LICENSE GRANT
Upon successful completion of a payment, FanFlix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the third-party subscription services for which you have paid.
Access to any service is subject to the conditions of the respective platform’s EULA, terms of service, and policies.
You acknowledge that your use of the third-party platform is governed by their own terms and agreements, and any violation of such terms may result in account suspension or termination.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to comply with the EULA, terms of service, and copyright policies of each third-party service provider (e.g., Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Prime).

You are solely responsible for your use of the services provided by PAID IPTV BD and the third-party platforms. Any misuse of the services, including sharing, reselling, or violating platform-specific terms, will result in immediate termination of access.

FanFlix is not responsible for any unauthorized use of third-party accounts or services.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & TRADEMARKS
All names, logos, and trademarks associated with the third-party services, including but not limited to Netflix, Spotify, and others, are the property of their respective owners. These names are used for identification purposes only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation with FanFlix.
PAID IPTV BD respects intellectual property rights and adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Any claims of infringement should be directed to the relevant third-party service provider.

5. CONTENT DISCLAIMER
PAID IPTV BD does not:

Host, stream, or distribute any content from third party platforms.
•
Provide access to copyrighted content, nor do we offer modified or cracked versions of any platform’s services.
•
Engage in illegal activities such as bypassing geo-restrictions or violating the terms of service of the platforms.
We act solely as a payment facilitator for legitimate subscriptions purchased through local Bangladeshi payment methods.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PAID IPTV BD shall not be held liable for:

Any misuse or violation of the third-party platform terms by users.
•
Any interruption, suspension, or termination of third-party services due to violation of platform rules.
•
Any loss of access or account bans resulting from non-compliance with third-party platform terms.
FanFlix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be granted only in accordance with PAID IPTV BD’s Refund Policy. Refunds are available solely when FanFlix is unable to provide the subscription or activation due to an issue on our part. Refunds will not be issued for misuse or violations of third-party platform terms and conditions.

8. ACCOUNT ACCESS & SECURITY
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of any login credentials or account details associated with your subscriptions.
Any sharing or unauthorized use of your account is strictly prohibited. FanFlix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if misuse or violations are detected.

9. TERMINATION
FanFlix reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend access to its services without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or engaged in misuse of the third-party platforms.

10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

11. NO LEGAL NOTICE OR CLAIMS
By agreeing to this EULA, you acknowledge and agree that PAID IPTV BD is not subject to any legal notice, claim, or demand from any third party for alleged infringement, unauthorized use, or violation involving the third-party services.
